Python screening test for eastvantage

Steps to start the API server

1. Checkout/download the code from this repository
2. Install required Python modules using pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Run uvicorn address_book.main:app --reload command to start the server -
4. Once the server is started open http://127.0.0.1:8000 url in your favorite browser
5. It will show you the swagger page. You can test the API endpoints directly from the swagger page or using applications like Postmane
