Ongoing notification

Would be better with an ongoing notification, like WeatherBug's, so it wouldn't 
get pushed down by other notifications.

There two notification groups: current notifications and just notifications.
I suppose the request is to move the weather to the first group.

subject weather notification

Hi Denis!

I really like your weather notification app for Android. It's exactly
what I need. I used to use WeatherBug for the temperature display in
the notification area, but it's WAY too bloated to use just for that
feature.

I dropped WeatherBug as soon as I found your weather notification app.

I have a request. Would it be possible to put the weather info in the
"Ongoing" area of the status bar instead of the "Notifications" area?
