The dg.py is getting older and could use refactoring.

Particularly, we need to:

  • Remove duplicities
  • Unify the code for currently used basis types
  • Enable easier support for new basis types
  • Utilize Maxima autogenerated code
  • Merge current functions: interpolate, differentiate, and recovery
