pbs repo 404

While trying to read docs on Windows supported pbs in some readable format than available from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pbs I found that pbs repo is down - https://github.com/amoffat/pbs

Without it could be more hard to add back Windows support.

I'm not interested in adding back windows support, but pbs does indeed live here in its own branch: https://github.com/amoffat/sh/tree/pbs
