Drop party Plugin Not WORK

Hello i download this plugin and i restart my server and type /dp create test
AND... Blank Blank and BLANK... why this plugin not Work? please help,,,,

Did you setup the MySQL server connection info in the config.yml?
Without a MySQL server the plugin will not run, as it uses the MySQL database to save all data.

There is no link to MySQL... it is a type of database, if you have a hosted server, it probably comes with one and you can ask your host how to set it up.
If you run a server on your computer, you will have to install a MySQL server:
