• Messaging <amp-iframe> (amp-iframe: Two-way message passing with actions #11395)

• Re-adopted yarn as package manager of choice and v6 as node version of choice as for AMP development (Use one package manager, not two #11278)
• Enforced the use of yarn for installing dependencies (no more npm install) (Enforce the use of yarn for package management #11368)
• Default ES6 lint checks used by AMP runtime are now run against build-system/ (Use ES6 linter for build-system #11357)
• Fixed all lint errors in build-system (Partially fix existing lint errors in build-system/ #11334 and Fix remaining lint errors in build-system and enforce lint checks via Travis #11365)
• Upgraded chai assertion library to v4 and fixed numerous unit test bugs (Upgrade to chai 4 (and fix numerous bugs in test code) #11390)
