Add follow me button that is valid AMP via an AMP element

It would be very helpful is or had a follow me option or a new element etc.

Also it would be helpful to have show the most recent twitter post instead of (OR in additional to) only one hardcoded value

Describe alternatives you've considered

The twitter solution involves javascript that is not valid AMP
