Provide type definitions for AMP and Bento components

This would make live a lot easier for all developers using React + Typescript. Type definitions should include:

• AMP specific attributes defined for standard HTML tags (e.g. amp-fx-fade-in).
• AMP tags with their attributes (<amp-img layout=...)
• Bento component APIs.

Related work:

• Workaround for Next.js
• Last year I played around with generating type definitions for AMP components based on the validation rules. This worked well, but was hard to maintain compatibility with ts + react releases.
