Images dataset (IT IS NOT KAGGLE DATASET,it is a collected dataset) this dataset contains of four folders
1-orignal dataset (chest x-ray images ,it contains four folders(normal,virus,covid,bacteria)
A-128 normal chest x-ray images collected from https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney/chest-xray-pneumonia
one condition was taken when choosing normal images ,this condition was that i choose rgb images which contains 3 matrix not gray scale images which contais 1 matrix in each image
B-128 covid chest x-ray images collected from https://github.com/ieee8023/covid-chestxray-dataset
C-128 virus chest x-ray images collected from https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney/chest-xray-pneumonia D-128 bacteria chest x-ray images collected from https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney/chest-xray-pneumonia
2-CT dataset (contains 2 folder (normal,covid) normal folder is empty and covid folder contains 20 images collected from this https://github.com/ieee8023/covid-chestxray-dataset +3 images taken from a doctor)
3-real test cases (contains 10 x-ray real images of persons classified as covid 19 cases taken from a doctor)
4-resized dataset (is new version of the original dataset but all image here are resized to 2242243 to be suitable to use with pretrained models)Preprocessed ready-for-training COVIDx dataset
