Review double-entry for attendance

Review the allowance for double-entering attendance on the same day.

Options:

1. Prevent it
2. Only count the attendance with "the most" credits
3. Count one at random (current)
4. Count the first one entered by timestamp
5. Allow kingdom configuration of the above (...)

I thought you had tweaked this last year to use the first one entered.

I did, but now there's specific use cases for multiple models.
