amx-a を IPFS 経由でホストする実験をします。
（2023-02-05 で実施したことを後付けで issue にも残しておきます。）

a.pmtiles を IPFS で共有した上で、
https://github.com/amx-project/a/blob/7a7c8cc80c25bd7931ee08a884b79727a7bb825e/docs/ipfs.json#L29
という実装を行い、https://amx-project.github.io/a/ipfs.html を完成しました。
少し遅いですが、まずまず実用的な速度で動いています。
