Fixed the SPI configuration form to account for the missing StallCycles property. All configuration should now be done in ticks, although the SPI form will not convert between stall cycles and stall ticks.

Initial Public Release

Initial public release of the FX3 ADcmXL example GUI. Implements FX3 firmware version 1.0.0-pub and FX3Interface version 1.0.0-pub. The .zip archive includes all required libraries for this release to function and the compiled executable.
