Place those tiny bars below different headings etc.

Provided design has some tiny bars of different color and different thicknesses beneath many headings and boxes. We should code some special css classes in such a way that if we apply that class to an empty span element then it converts it into that bar by giving it appropriate width, height and background image. We should use a single image sprite for all those and achieve the desired effect by adjusting the background position.
