Key bindings are not working in v2.0 stream --> investigate and add them again.

#47 [v2.0] add popup menu with key binding support

- renamed categoryOther to categoryUser
- added new short cuts:
  - EasyShell All : Alt + E
  - EasyShell Open: Alt + O
  - EasyShell Run : Alt + R
  - EasyShell Explore: Alt + X
  - EasyShell Clipboard: Alt + C
  - EasyShell Default: Alt + D
  - EasyShell User: Alt + U

added new key bindings:

  • EasyShell All : Alt + E
  • EasyShell Open: Alt + O
  • EasyShell Run : Alt + R
  • EasyShell Explore: Alt + X
  • EasyShell Clipboard: Alt + C
  • EasyShell Default: Alt + D
  • EasyShell User: Alt + U
