Feature request: Treeview

Icons in front of the text ain't necessary, I'll openup another feature request relating to that.

#22 already discussed here: Windows's Tree View control is even more restricted than other platforms's, and it doesn't allow owner-data, meaning we'd have to duplicate all the data and keep the Windows control and the Go-side data synchronized manually.

I'd probably write my own Tree for Windows instead, but I'll probably use a model-based setup like GTK+ does for that (and it'd probably wait for XP support to be dropped because there's no way I'm making that accessible with MSAA and I still need to evaluate UI Automation).

I'll close this issue; see issue 22 for updates.
