A first release of dotman

A first release of dotman with binaries for all platforms and architectures.

Platforms and Architectures

I have created binaries for these platforms (using goxc):

• Debian (arm, x86, x64)
• Darwin (x86, x64)
• FreeBSD (arm, x86, x64)
• Linux (arm, x86, x64)
• NetBSD (arm, x86, x64)
• OpenBSD (arm, x86, x64)
• Plan9 (x86)
• Windows (arm, x86, x64)

But please note that I haven't tested all of the platforms and architectures.

• Linux and Darwin work fine (for me).
• The WIndows version has problems finding the git executable.
