RPi3: check in prebuilt UEFI builds for April 21st, 2018

Both DEBUG and RELEASE are provided. Each directory contains everything needed to boot UEFI on an RPi3. Just copy the contents to empty boot media. Signed-off-by: Andrei Warkentin <andrey.warkentin@gmail.com>
