Changed namespace

NotificationChannels namespace was changed by Andreshg112 because It seems like pull requests on https://github.com/laravel-notification-channels/new-channels are not being accepted anymore. So I decided to publish it with my namespace to packagist.org.

Initial release

It can send Puhser API messages and can configure each parameter that Pusher needs.
