Executable version of the MEE2024 Stacker v0.3.2
This will run on Windows 10 and 11 computers without having to install Python.
The release folder already contains a platesolve database (derived from the Tycho catalogue).
A config.txt file is included in this release with default parameters.
To use the Gaia database, an internet connection is required.
This release addresses a small change that was made to the Gaia server than unfortunately made all previous versions of the MEE2024 software unable to access the Gaia database.
