Ember Handlebars Template Compiler

I would like there to be support for compiling Ember Handlebars templates in Cassette. I know there are several pull requests out there for compiling Handlebars templates. However, Ember extends Handlebars and needs its own compiler because of it. I may try to see if I can work up something myself.

A plugin for this should also make it easy to switch between full handlebars and handlebars runtime build when precompiling
