1. Initialize a .venv with the requirements.txt file
2. Get your OpenAI api key: https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys and place it in the .env file
3. Get your Google credentials by setting up a Google Cloud account and creating a JSON file of the Cloud TTS API: https://console.cloud.google.com/
