Add "Tool Station" feature for Tinker's Construct

PROBLEM

Tinker's Construct allows you to mix and match parts made from many different materials to make tools. With over 20 tools, each requiring 2-4 parts, multiplied by nearly 20 material types, you quickly arrive at thousands of possible tools: way too many to include in Crafting Guide in the usual fashion.

SOLUTION

The Tinker's Construct mod page should have a custom tool which allows you to select a tool, and then the material type for each required part. There should then be a button which allows you to create the crafting plan for the selected parts.
