Better Tender

Safari and Chrome extensions to make Tender more tolerable.

Provides the following improvements:

1. In-place discussions on your dashboard — click a discussion to collapse or expand it.
2. ”Link to KB article” and “Inline KB article” popups save time on hunting down articles and copying their URLs or content.

Tip: create a Canned Responses category, fill it with draft articles and use it with “Inline KB article” command — hurray, canned responses in Tender!

Installation

Download Safari or Chrome extension.

Caveats

Only works with something.tenderapp.com URLs.
