Files HBPC_03 to HBPC_06 replicate the main tables and figures using 'HBPC_SAGECol_HBP.dta', which is in the data folder. Please amend the folders at the top of each do-file.
The 'HBPC_SAGECol_HBP.dta' dataset is derived from the files HBPC_01_SABE_Harmonise.do HBPC_02_SAGE_Compiler.do which require the user to obtain access to SAGE and SABE datasets.
