When using Android 9 and disabling portait-mode, the camera-preview gets resized in a 1:1 Format. If I allow portait-mode this problem does not occur. Any ideas?

edit: to be more specific, that problem starts when using API 24

Hello, what device are you seeing this in? I cannot reproduce on any Pixel devices
