IMPORTANT HOTFIX: fixed devfee when mining on rplant pool, it was still 5% instead of 2%

Changelog since version 0.36.3:

  • improved nexapow up to 8% for NVIDIA gpu's
  • slightly improved nexapow for AMD gpu's
  • now 2% devfee for nexapow
  • RDNA3 should be supported now(at least on Windows)
