As you understand, this information is not enough neither to see, where exception happened, nor to reproduce the problem :-)
Please give more details, stack trace...
The easiest way to report crashes is via Google Play: please reinstall the app from Google Play.

Current AndStatus v.14 has a way to provide much more information on errors during syncing. Please provide more details next time.
