Add exceptions for sites

What do I mean? I mean to add function to choose not to clear cookies for certain sites. For example many users uses facebook and google and by clearing them I need to log in every time.

Or another options for those frequent sites is to choose what type of cookies should be removed. For example user can choose to stay logged in but remove third party cookies or unnecessarily cookies.
