Support high-content screening data

The current plugin effectively supports multiscale images as per the ome-ngff spec. We should also support high-content screening images.

We get reader support through napari-ome-zarr. But the widget doesn't have any special support for the extra metadata associated with high-content screening images. And the writer only writes to multiscale images.

+1 on this, would be awesome! The example zenodo data from me that you use is an HCS plate.
