Add text to readme disambiguating this project from the go-jira/jira project

There's another project with an identical/nearly identical name which is confusing:

I would love to see some mention of the other project so that people who arrive at one place or another realize they're not forks for the same project.

I am very sorry that this issue has been open for a long time with no final solution. We work on this project in our spare time, and sometimes, other priorities take over. This is the typical open source dilemma.
