Add a feature (for developers primarily, though it could potentially serve a function later for users) to run the program for a single pixel with minimal code changes.

  • Added support for single pixel debugging
  • Added feature to make individual pixel outputs deterministic for easier debugging
  • Added support for ray path recording and viewing via .obj files
