Add activity indicator while loading motels data from Azure

As the title says we don’t have a “Loading” indicator anywhere, so we need one to show while the app it is getting data from the Azure.

As Mr. Angel said we can use the native Xamarin Forms indicator or any other nuget package to achieve this.
