Right now our donate button forces you to enter a static amount to purchase. We need to add the option that lets users enter their own amount in the donate button instead.

@tejasm-itpath I think you misunderstood what needed to be done here. As it stands now, when creating a donate button the site owner (user of the plugin) enters the Item Name and Item Price, and this price set is what gets used for the donation amount when somebody donates using the button.

The request that we have is to allow the payer (the person donating through the button) to set their price instead of having a donation amount set on the button specifically. Now that I look it seems we actually already have this functionality in place if you simply leave the Item Price field blank when creating the button.

It seems that you added a second price field for the site owner to use..??

@tejasm-itpath All we really need to do here is add some info to the description under the Item Name field. Right now it says:

Enter the price for the item / service being sold.

We can update this to say:

Enter the price for the item / service being sold. Leave blank to allow the user to enter their own amount during checkout.
