Hello, I hope you can help me. After paypal woocommerce plugin was updated yesterday automatically on my wordpress site, my checkout page keeps reloading continually so customers can't put there credit card info.
My theme support had me deactivate all plugins to see which one was causing the bug and it was the Paypal woocommerce you designed. They suggested I contact you.
So right now I can only have my Square credit card interface activated, because the new Paypal update causes this reloading problem at checkout. This occurred for the first customer around 6PM yesterday EST. That same day, just before that, my wordpress dashboard showed an alert at the top about the new paypal woocommerce plugin. So it is definitely causing this bug issue. Can you help me?
Just today the Paypal for Woocommerce plugin behaved strangely. After the checkout page loaded, it looped back to cart almost immediately. See screen recording: https://cl.ly/3F241M440O1E
We deactivated 2 of the new plugins we just installed (Google analytics and enhanced ecommerce) thinking they would be the culprit but nothing changed until the PayPal for woo commerce was deactivated and the cart/checkout process went back to normal even with those 2 plugins activated. So PfW seems to be the culprit.
I had a sale 3 days ago that went smoothly. It would be sad to replace this Paypal plugin because it had been working so well until today. Website that I had trouble with: popnicute.com
I wonder what’s going on?
