I was not able to reproduce this using the link they provided, so waiting on more feedback from them.

User says it's only happening with Smart Buttons enabled, so that's why it's working now...he disabled Smart Buttons.

I have asked user for temporary credentials to their site for troubleshooting purposes via the support ticket above.
