Undefined function get_the_permalink() #367

I thought we had addressed this before, but I'm still finding it and I just got a report from a user where this happened.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_the_permalink() in /export/spare/sites/poundsfloors.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/paypal-for-woocommerce/classes/wc-gateway-paypal-express-angelleye.php on line 726

I'm actually not seeing it at that particular line number, but I am seeing it here.

Based on the info I've seen this should be changed from get_the_permalink() to get_permalink().
