This user is having a weird bug. Some of it I think must be on their server, but I think there are also improvements we can make in the plugin to handle this sort of problem better.

There might even be a PayPal bug we're uncovering here, because it seems that we're getting a SuccessWithWarning back even though no money actually processed successfully. All of the details are in the link above.
