User feature request: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/paypal-express-checkout-and-pending-payment?replies=2#post-8286613

Need to add an option in the settings to "Save abandoned checkout as Pending". If this is enabled, then if a user clicks to pay with PayPal and gets sent to PayPal, but then never makes it back to complete the order, it should be left as Pending with any data collected to that point saved.
