We're getting reports that this is happening by default after updating the plugin.

Seems that it may be that deal where the default is indeed set to "do not cancel orders", but until it's actually saved it doesn't take affect, and it's falling to the option which actually cancels and refunds the order.

We need to make sure the code logic falls to the actual default if the settings have not been officially saved yet.

This user is saying that she has indeed saved the settings page with "Do not cancel any orders" set, but it's still canceling and refunding orders.

Also, something else we need to do here is add an additional option...if the user sets to cancel orders, then show another option where they can choose whether or not to send email notifications to the buyer when the order is canceled/refunded. We would still send to the seller email, but only send to buyer if the option was set to send to them.
