Autoship Guest Checkout Compatibility..??

In #585 we added tokenized payments, and then we ran some tests to ensure it works well with the Autoship plugin.

We added options to allow guest checkout, but then it would automatically create a user account for the tokenized payment profile if the user does not create an account with the site during checkout.

The initial feedback we're getting from the user attempting this is that they are still prompted for a login to the site during checkout even with WC guest checkout and our gateway's guest checkout setting enabled.

Seems that Autoship overrides the WC settings (and apparently ours) causing the required login..??
