In #431 we added a hook to set the CUSTOM parameter in PayPal requests, but for PayFlow we only considered the COMMENT1 and COMMENT2 fields.

PayFlow actually does support CUSTOM as well, so we need to go ahead and get that included so people can set that to whatever they want as well.

This is a request from a PayPal rep for one of their merchants that they manage, so I'd like to get this done on 1.3.0.
