Is there anyway to have the normal woocommerce automatic account creation (plus automatically logging in) work with paypal express checkout?
At the moment if you disable guest checkout and enable both:
“Automatically generate username from customer email”
“Automatically generate customer password”
You get redirect to the order review page where you’re forced to either login or setup your account.
Just checked, the terms and conditions field is empty.
It just outputs the review order as it normally does if you had it enabled but now says:
“Please login or create an account to complete your order.”
with the login form and registration form below.
In fact inside the paypal express section of your plugin it says:
(The WooCommerce guest checkout option is disabled. Therefore, the review page is required for login / account creation, and this option will be overridden.)
Wondered if there’s away to still skip the review page if you have the auto username and password enabled too.
