Express Checkout - Shipping address getting overwritten..??

Remember we dealt with this in EC a while back, where we had to make sure that if the WC checkout page was used, whatever shipping address was entered there should be hard-coded into the API requests, and the user should not be able to change the address at PayPal. It seems this got broken in our 1.4.0 update..??
