HI @kcppdevelopers ,

This issue was reported earlier to which we said was not an issue. But it actually is whenever these 2 are active email sending didn't work.

I do agree that the order history says its pending payment, but when these 2 are not active the email sending works fine, you can see the ticket and their staging site, there is a plugin called wp mail log to see emails sent through the dashboard.

Please take a look.
