A header in some standard format (json, yml, etc..) could provide some compiling default information (title, style etc..). (Front-matter)

Add support for metadata headers in markdown.
e.g.

title: mytitle
style: mystyle
tags: false
-------------
# my md file

package https://www.npmjs.com/package/front-matter seems to do exactly this
