- deleted json-utils.ts which is gone upstream angular/angular-cli#18875 - deleted obsolete exports from ast-utils.ts - upgraded to schematics 11.1.2 - fixed project name reading logic which prefiously produced NPE Tested on @angular/cli@10.2.3 and npm install --save-dev @angular/cli@11.2.6

Tested on @angular/cli@10.2.3 and npm install --save-dev @angular/cli@11.2.6
