TypeError can't use setting and searchbox

I got this error while I have to open popup. So this error have an affect on search box and maker not working too, How do I fix it

@Avatarr The error pertaining to SearchBox generally means that the Google Places library has not been loaded. Would you make a MVCE? It's hard to tell what the problem is from this screenshot alone.
