Move mask formatting from placeholder to it's own attr #264

Replaced all references to placeholder with a new attribute called ui-format-mask. Removed the parts that modify the original placeholder.
iAttrs.uiMaskFormat instead of iAttrs.maskFormat

Can be used as such: Though ui-options may be a better place for this. |
