Even in untyped mode, a function like

function foo(...args: string[])

becomes

/**
 * @param { ?} args
 * @return { ?}
 */
function foo(...args: string[])

which Closure doesn't accept: "WARNING - Missing "..." in type annotation for rest parameter."
