Uses the V2 API to extract comments from TikTok, which can then be used for archival, fed to an AI or randomizer, printed out on a custom toilet bowl, or whatever else you want with it

Sorry, I am currently learning Python, so may you please look at the code, and fix possible issues with it? Just to note, I have been banned from yt-dlp for issue spamming in the past, which is why I can't submit it to yt-dlp, and I submitted it here instead.
